No cosmetic product should be presented as a medical treatment or guaranteed regrowth solution. Root & Rise focuses on a consistent hair-care routine and the look and feel of hair. If you have sudden, severe or persistent hair loss, consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional.
Do I need both shampoo and conditioner?
They have different jobs. Shampoo cleanses the scalp and hair; conditioner is used mainly on the lengths and ends to support softness and manageability. If your hair feels rough after shampooing, conditioner may be a useful next step.
How much serum should I use?
Start with a small amount and apply it to mid-lengths and ends. Add more only if needed. Avoid applying leave-in serum heavily at the scalp.
How often should I use the hair mask?
