A content-led lifecycle journey for a fictional Indian hair-care brand, Root & Rise. The project begins with a visitor who is unsure what routine to choose and follows their journey through quiz-based guidance, a first purchase, Trial Kit onboarding, product-use education, review collection and relevant full-size routine consideration.

It will demonstrate how persona-based content, account signals, evaluation-stage resources, lead scoring and sales handoff can help technical and business stakeholders progress from early research to a more informed product conversation.
